otherwise known as the easiest way to get all the points you need in 1 hitAh the Pie, Peas And Patronised course.
Well that’s my 10pts earned for this year in 1 hit, 3hrs in a warm dry room with tea n biscuits learning the latest changes in rules n regs then soup n sandwiches for dinner, no need to worry about getting 2pts here there and everywhere
Any new points ? free of course .
Can’t ever seem to find ones where I’m based or they are days where I’ve got more important things to be doing! Never pick a day when it’s raining & can’t do anything else! ?never been as easy here half day course once a year normally in february lunch provided as well 10points in 1 hit job done
Nothing yet & I did them about a month agoDid anyone get the NRoSO points from cereal live? Registered with Syngenta for 1 point on the system within the week.
Totally agree, think everyone is enjoying being at home, while things for us haven’t changed! Thankfully my daughter knows technology so she’s been emailing bits & pieces over so hopefully I’ve got some points but who knowsYep, guessing my suspension letter is in the post despite them having evidence of more than enough points posted to them six weeks ago. Emailed to ask why points weren’t added and basically it’s my problem. Total incompetence.
If an employee who is the main spray operator. Fails to get enough points and is suspended. Is it the employers responsibility to “get” points for the employee or is it the employees responsibility to make sure he is up to date.
assuming employer lets the employee time off to visit trials and CPD meetings when requested
and could this be a grounds for dismissal ?
Not a problem here as all 3 of us have the right amount but it could be a minefield if an employee suddenly can’t get enough points
