I’ve got the Bateman Manual squeeze an yoke crush. It is the business. 3 mates bought same crush after seeing mine. No complaints.

We have a manual squeeze Bateman. It’s 5 years old now and still like new. Lives outside. Vets and visitors always very complementary. Ours has manual yoke.

I have a Bateman Ambassador squeeze crush with head scoop.

Manual head lock, as our cattle are so placid that they would never push an automatic one closed.

Excellent crush for doing anything and the vets like it for TB testing.

I had to fight for it! Got a phonecall stating I was borderline on points due to lack of livestock units and I had to provide further supporting evidence to back up my case. It was a helluva job - a full double A4 piece. Now it looks like it's all been for nowt as crushes are nigh on impossible to source [emoji17]

Not exactly but a local farm supplier tells me Ritchie can't deliver til May. IAE aren't taking any orders but a few Batemans are due in April - which is still beyond the schemes boundaries

They are going to have to modify the scheme or the only ones to get anything will be those who ordered on the sly before approval.

The rules were clear. Don't order without approval. Todays letter even says don't order until you get an offical grant offer☹

Apparently its European money so there is no movement on end of march deadline. Worse one is for "Slurry store covers" stores have to be empty for fitting. How stupid.
