Sunsynk 3.6kw Inverter will take solar, wind and batteries (G98)
I'm looking at a Sunsynk 12kw 3 phase bidirectional inverter. Have a 13kw turbine and would like to add some solar into the system at some point in future. Sunsynk looks ideal but not having much luck getting hold of one at present. Speaking to someone this week to see if an alternative is available, I'll keep you posted!

I would like to send it messages (serial etc) on when & how hard to charge. Not exactly off the shelf, but importing power must be avoided at all costs. Plenty of spare export.
Thats exactly what I am trying to do. Its my response to the electric price rise. I should in theory be able to run the house and a car off grid. I will keep the grid connection as it will be easier to sell the house with a grid connection but I will still have to pay the standing charge. Best solution would be sufficient export to cover the standing charge but thats a long term aim and I am not in that position yet.

Looks like we need someone to hack the app. My immersion controller is home built so anything possible there. I imagine a smart solution where all sorts of conditions (time of day, outside/inside/thermal store temp, wind forecast...) are taken into account. Interfacing with the battery/charger is the unknown bit, but I did read some stuff on one of the forums that I'll have to try and find again.
