A nice, burbling programme. Could listen to the chap who's narrating for an age. His first name is Ellis?

My sucklers behaved just like those Longhorns. Hardly ever sick or sorry, and if there was a problem, they mysteriously let this small descendant of apes look after them. 10,000 years of interaction between species can't have been such a bad thing.

(Quite good to see the Longhorn with the broken horn had had it sprayed with antibiotic spray, and the calves had been neatly ear tagged. They aren't "left to fend for themselves" but are tended - as are cattle in the New Forest.)

I enjoyed the program but i wish they had cut the long sh#tty tails on those hfd sucklers. I can never understand why people market there cattle with the same long dirty tails, let alone turnout in spring with them.
