If your a farmer then youv earnt millions and millions by killing every living creature on your land, poisoning the enviroment, causing global warming, having low production costs (surely a pittance) while selling food for a small fortune and being paid millions of euros by brussels.

They base this evidence by observing a range rover leave your property ( probably the bank manager), you patched a fence with new wire (where the village idiot drove through it) and they see you buy a new pair of wellies (because the last ones were 5 years old and had a hole in)

brand new tractors that most usually are a contractors on finance, mud on the road because we go in the field for teh lulz etc etc, towns and cities need ring fencing and people only let out if they can show an understanding of the countryside.

Why are farmers so ashamed to be seen as doing well,
anyone seen to be doing well is the devil

i think it is about time this tide was turned, are there many other professions where the workers do them selves such an injustice every day, do the bankers give a stuff what the rest of the country cares of them, do they heck.
it is time we were proud and shouted it from the roof tops. "we feed you" get over it

Plenty of haulage firms make decent money by burning thousands of litres of diesel each day and they don't get stick for it. Plenty also seem to drive RR's too!

Nobody knocks Eddie Stobart and he must be rolling in it.
