BCMS printout

When I record "On" movements to BCMS and then go to print , I get the printout OK , but I can't then go back to record an "Off" movement without logging out and then back in again . Is there a way to record an OFF and then record an On, and then print both on and off on the same sheet . Otherwise I have two sheets of paper for the same day , a bit wasteful , but it fills my box files too quickly too . I've actually asked BCMS , who I find are unfailingly helpful , but the only reply I got was , "well, a bit too technical for me !"

Sometimes "Opera" otherwise "Chrome" no problems with either to log in etc. but when I click on print , i can't get back to the basic menu i.e record on , off , report a birth . So each time I have to log out and then back in again if I want to to do something further . I normally do all the reporting once a week so I might have a group of "Off" then one of "On" and then perhaps calves born - in all , three log ins and three printouts . A bit frustrating .

Sorry , W7 pro with all updates installed . Never had any problems (that I know of) with W7 and have resisted all MS efforts to install W10 so happy enough with it - apart from the BCMS thing !

Just to add . I've been using a remembered site from my favourites to log in . I've been doing some "Ons" and "Offs" just now and I re-entered the site as a new site and re-logged in . Didn't make any difference at all . Still 2 separate log ins needed . So I tried IE next - still same result . I think I'll just have to accept things as they are ! Quoting St. Francis " Lord , grant me the strength to accept the things I cannot change , Courage to change the things I can , and the wisdom to know the difference !"

Again - another thought . If I don't print out the first set of entries , and instead go to do the second , would the first entries be unable to be printed when eventually I print out , that would be the answer if I could then print out both lots when I finish . I live in hope -------! Thanks anyway for all the input

what annoys me is why cant they email you the receipt of the movements instead of us having to print them

every other web service does

I get receipt email from CTS which OK just shows that CTS received 1 , 2 etc email notifications from me. I do mine via a herd management package which copies the email info back to my inbox that it generated and sent to BCMS (tag no, date etc). That way I know it is correct. I don't bother to print, as I have a record elsewhere of the movement, but at least I know it was sent and arrived OK. I go and check 'recent movements' on CTS every now and again and as long as all OK I just delete the emails.
