BCMS

Can't remember whether I've asked this before on this forum , but if I have , I never got an answer . I've also asked the chap at the end of the phone at BCMS too . Same result . Question . I often have to record on and off movements and also calf births at the same time . If I record an off and then print a receipt , I then have to log out and then back in again , If I don't print off the receipt , then I can carry on and record say, an on , and then a birth , but then I can't find out how to print off the different entries , apart from the last one . So I've lost them . OK , I could do a screen print of the offs perhaps , and same for others but it seems a clumsy way to go about things . Not sure either , whether a screen print would be acceptable in the case of a snag . In any case I don't think clicking send at the end would capture all the entries . So , not an ideal situation . An answer would be very helpful ! Clicking a back button would be handy , after sending an entry and printing receipt, to get back to the main screen , but that doesn't work either . Surely I'm not alone in this ?

I did that with 10 "off" movements a few weeks back . I lost the connection when I was experimenting , trying to retain the site for some "on " movements as well , . I realised 2 weeks afterwards and rang them with my apologies and asked them to do them manually . No problem at all and she gave me a job number too , just in case . I still didn't find out how to retain the connection when trying to register on or off or births at the same time !

The curse of having to do "everything" online these days with a less than perfect BB connection....
