Beef and chicken ON the Emirates menu

Took an Emirates flight yesterday ( and the day previous.... I’m in Australia!!!) and I was very pleased to see Beef and Chicken on the inflight meal menus. There were vegetarian and other flaky menu choices if you preordered. But one meal the choice was braised beef or chicken korma. Another meal was pan fried salmon or chicken medallions.
well done Emirates. They were fab

so My long haul flight AND beef dinner has contributed to CO2 I’m afraid. BUT I do own a 50 acre wood part of which is classed as Ancient Woodland so I reckon I offset enough already !!!!!

Anyone from Sedgefield deserves a holiday. But what was wrong with Redcar or even Saltburn?
