Anyone got any good ideas, designs, home made/off the shelf.

Bought a new crush Last winter but not had a chance to set it all up as we are always using it, tb testing this week so might have a chance to rip all the old setup out over next 2 weeks. It's in an existing shed, all that's in the shed is a straight race and crush, pens etc are outside so not looking for 360 backing pens etc in the shed, not got room. New Crush is 15ft and have probably 25-30ft to play with behind. Thinking at least bottom 50% solid sides, possibly variable width, 1 or 2 sliding doors in the race. Will be a permanent setup so can bolt or concrete it to the floor. Happy to weld and make some or all of it but will also consider buying it if its priced right, and will speed up the job a lot especially as I'd probably send it off for galv......

Store cattle up to fat cattle, some horns, some wild cattle, occasional cow and calf. Needs to be able to take a hammering for 15yrs

Thanks

Edit new crush is hydraulic and has a spare spool valve I could utilise in the race

Yes currently have a cat walk with no arms in danger, but it's all been modified and changed over the last 30yrs from an old cow shed and we walk down the raised feed manger with cattle on other side of wall, new crush is a lot bigger and floor levels are wrong so starting again.

Would like to keep a catwalk I think but possibly add bit more access to race as its currently over the top only as its a solid block wall.
