Guths never been in so much demand...hes had a hard day picking up the bargains and needs a rest

There was NO bargains today lol...

Store cattle, a super entry penned for the time of year at 705 head and trade as dear if not slightly dearer than last week to top out at an incredible £1325 head.

Stirks, a very decent entry for the time of year at 335 penned of which dairy bred animals were one hell of a trade and up £30/40 + head on the week with plenty of 6 month old native N/S steers/ heifers £540 + head and looking very well sold, especially for the time of year! suckler bred stuff again a very strong trade but not the long quality runs number wise seen the last few weeks saw a trade similar to last week to top out at £925 head for a superb well bred steer with plenty of pens £800 head + coming thru the sale ring.

Store lambs, a super entry of 3031 head penned sold to an incredible trade, small very long keep lambs were exceptionally dear and well up on the week with some of these smashing the £75/80 head mark yet strong 6/8 keep lambs only a few ££s head dearer.

Sell live to thrive but don't forget there is only 3 more Saturday markets for 2020.
