Just got back from my holidays in the Highlands, Lairg was a selective trade with prices a fair bit back on the year for all but the best and the feeders, got what I wanted for less than I expected to pay.
Tips we’re on the other hand hard to buy with anything ifancied going over my budget so ended up buying four privatel, it’s a long way to go to come back empty.

Just a normal Bisk marking iron. The points of the A meet with the circle so it's pretty easy and looks very good

£58 today for some old broken mouthed, correct below swaledale drafts. Don't think I'd of got that for them in the fat so happy enough

sounds a decent price, as you say it’s more than they are in the fat!

That I don't know. Keel works fine - our stockmark should be my surname Initial... but if they rub on anything it smudges

So I'd guess to go to the bother before sale and to keep it perfect, you'd use paint?
