We have 32 oaks lead on the floor that the NT have left for the beetles, whole trees left to rot where they fell and can’t even take the branches or will loose tenancy

How big are they? I've got an oak tree down here and I've not done anything with it yet it's too good to make into firewood. Not sure it's that wide though.

They don't seem to be worried about the width,it's the length they want . Obviously wider the better

Green oak sawn untreated boards 2400mm x 300x 30mm are only £18 on a quick internet search! Why are yours worth so much? Oaks everywhere here

Either . They will buy if off me as green oak now or I store it for 2 yrs and theyvwill buyif then but we have a 'bespoke' oak furniture company in Oxford wanting it .

this table they sold for £2750 !

To who/how are you selling them?
Sorry for all the questions but this oak is on it's side still alive and I've been looking at it for over 10 years wondering what to do with it it must be 15 foot long and dead straight

We had an oak cut up a couple of years ago. About a metre in diameter, 4 metres long. The guy with the mobile sawmill said £100 a slab. So far I've made two doors and a window. Oh and lots of firewood..
