I’m my experience they make less. Once bought a bullock about £200 less because when it came in the ring it had a bust nose and was like a Spanish fighting bull….once it was home it settled like a lamb
I wont touch anything out the weaners that are flighty.Im too old for it now. Used to be the same when i was milking cows and the odd one i bought.Stand just outside the entrance race and get your hand on their backs. You could tell straight away what their temperament was like.

Did you get to Hexham on Wednesday? Just read the report.Didnt think much of the champion Angus.Too much dip in his back for my liking.
No was at home processing cattle. My mate picked up a few outfits 2k ish maybe cows though looked ok. Report looked dear plenty over 3k an outfit I can’t afford to buy them at that
