Yes, 50kg was coming to good money, 130 ish. RL buying alot over the 50kg mark today.

Just typical I've not gone through any today for Longtown (bloody warm here decided I didn't fancy cooking the lambs dogs or me working with them)
I reckon the early payment probably has a lot to do with it. Might as well be invested in sheep as just sat there… but at those prices you really are playing with fire. That being said, they will be excellent lambs and as said last year these earlies were the ones that paid best all season.
