Don’t know a massive amount about plant fitting but for what I have done here it’s bloody hard going especially when something is stuck broken down on a hill top lying about in the clarts trying to get it going when it’s pissing down and freezing
thats why they get twice as much as us farmers who spend the day in warm tractor cabs on TFF

Green monster was a thing back in the day
Could turn a half reasonable teenager into a complete arse@@@e within a few minutes of drinking it followed by spewing then some sort of semi comatosed situation

When the price drops or costs go up there’s all of us willing to make adjustments at this end to make everything fit. That’s our job to make the business work for the price we sell at. Personally for me it’s to do more work and getting contractors in to speed the process up to increase output resulting in selling more stock. A lot of folks have another job for a wage and farm on weekends and nights.
We are probably our own worst enemy’s when it comes down to it but what do you do?
That is if it’s true what was said above is right that our prices are set at who is willing to do it for the lowest price
which is those who speed the process up upping production to maintain the same overall profit, more commonly known as the race to the bottom

Ive 6 mates working in falkland islands £1800 week all expense paid , how many of you stick £1800 a week in your back pocket friday afternoon and have a stress free relaxing weekend ? 😂 and they live on the food we produce . Hmmm and some of you argue with my point ffs 🤦‍♀️ oil is a commodity tiny bit less important than food and look how wealthy oil men have become ? No wonder the nfu is useless they will have given up with years ago ..
