Another tenner next week and the job will be a good un

The last time something like this happened was 2011,but started earlier in april. You can bet your life they wont let it happen next year,as in April/May 2012,the price was very ordinary. They will bring boat loads of New Zealand in.This time last year the price was in the 70s..

I hope so,and hope you are correct. The trouble is,how many store lamb buyers are going to hang onto their hoggs until May next year in the belief that this will happen again?Sheep numbers in NZ are falling alongside the fact they are now exporting more to places nearer home, UK supermarkets have been struggling to fill boats destined for the UK for the last three months, cant see any reason why that will change given the above.
If they think the can get £120 then all of themI hope so,and hope you are correct. The trouble is,how many store lamb buyers are going to hang onto their hoggs until May next year in the belief that this will happen again?

If many do it'll keep numbers short earlier and pull price up earlier, which will tempt some out.If they think the can get £120 then all of them
But how many more lambs are on the ground this year? Its been a good lambing season, with relatively good weather. If many do it'll keep numbers short earlier and pull price up earlier, which will tempt some out.
True, although earlier flocks scanned lower in general. But how many more lambs are on the ground this year? Its been a good lambing season, with relatively good weather.
