Beef / Lamb & Pig Price Tracker

At St Boswells today selling the empty ewes, all Easycares: 5 x £55, 8 x £49 and 8 crackers at £33. Much what I expected and reasonably satisfied. Trade seem reasonable if not on fire. As ever, will be interesting to read the mart report having been on the spot.

I didn't see any hoggs sold but I understand that it was 'gamble landed' for one forum member, who cashed in their bargain store lambs for top dollar. Well done @Hilly! Nice to meet you and have a blether.

Any deadweight lamb prices?

Dosed some last month and despite the shite weather they were doing well, maybe I should draw a few.

Has the teeth up job altered this year?

I've bought better lambs this year, not one blackie, they'll probably put teeth up earlier.
