Very sorry to hear about your nephew @Old Tip, clearly a young lad who had achieved so much in his short life yet still had so much more to achieve in the future which he now sadly will never be able to do.
Farming is a dangerous job and it doesn't matter how safety minded you are accidents sadly can and do happen.
