Stores similar at Stirling. Saw a Good Big pen of 3/4 texels 31kg made £74, serious!

that 30-32kg the most in demand. Heavier lambs would be a couple quid cheaper.

How long does everyone think this fat lamb trade is going to last until we get the usual seasonal blib......? I though the ass was gonna fall out of it last week after the festival but it seems to be holding no problem..........!!

id like to think because people will have been keeping at lambs and selling lighter that demand will continue, and we won’t get a massive glut.

Yeh but usually this time of year the price is crap even when there's not many lambs out.......

Watching the Web cam at ua stores lmb sales today, most white face lmbs over 34 kgs up are making 70 odd pounds no bother, probably had 10,000 + to sell, if you've got them sell them, who can turn down 70£ for a wee store lmb. I'm selling all mine in the next few sales, let next year look after its self, st boswells fat lmbs averaged 2.25kg for 1800. Up 12p on the week,
