If I’m right, those bulls at £2.66 at Darlington would need to be handy to £4.50/kg/dw to match - if Ko of 60%?
Where do they go? Wholesalers, presumably?About £4-£4.10/kg. Bulls like those at those weights do 63-68% from auction weight. Best E grade fed stock bulls can do over 70%. Still a good price considering weight/age compared to mainstream deadweight but the firms buying these aren’t putting them into plastic trays on supermarket shelves
