Thanks. The condescending tone of your reply really helped me understand. The clue's in the name, price tracker thread not prices from 40 years ago discussion thread. If you want to discuss the relative impacts of inflation, living costs, meaningful salary values and lamb prices throughout the decades then start a specific thread please.

I don’t really come here for prices and I think most others are like me and just come here so we don’t have too talk too the mrs at night [emoji86][emoji23]

If you are referring to me then I was replying to someone who stated hogg prices were lower in in 1992 than was stated in a mart report. As this is a price tracker and I I have been selling before then up to and including now I thought it would be useful to show reckoning throughout this period.
I hope this helps you understand which thread you are on and what purpose it is intended to serve from now onwards.

I wasn't reffering to you personally, apologies if it came across that way? I rather enjoy this thread thanks.(y)

Full mouth couples made £325!
Some trade
They were good stock though, better pictures here

Yet more evidence to the farmers on here that spend all their time trying to talk UK prices down that UK sheep price's are one of the lowest worldwide...

The above sheep would not get past £278 in the UK currently!
