Thought same today when seen some come on the screen limping, they went mad after them bidding them up ....Just add it’s funny when lambs are plentiful they wouldnt have anything to do with bad walking lambs but when they are scarce they couldn’t give a sh*t
Normally wouldn’t have taken them but the guy who butchers these types for us has Covid, so I don’t fancy a visit there. Did clear it with the auctioneer that the were ok before I left them.Thought same today when seen some come on the screen limping, they went mad after them bidding them up ....

think demand will be lower for a few months anyway till the border issues are sorted , I sent a 10kg private parcel to italy today with DPD , had to register for an exporter number (wtf) and all sorts of nonsense, yet i can send to any other country of the world with simple declarations and invoices etc ,
will sort itself in time, but both sides civil servants flexing their muscles for now

$64000 question , i think a couple months, (there is a bigger storm brewing over vax supplies which might cloud the issue ) but we all know how the suits will drag their feet ,

IM a deadweight man but it was fairly obvious this week wouldnt be the week to send any when they have dropped the price....not many lambs in the auction either and a good trade, the abbatoirs will have to sharpen their pencils....next week or the week after for dead!

No got called out snow clearing did a 25 hour shift snow ploughing instead... got back just too find my first ewe lambed .. [emoji28][emoji28] another one scratting the floor now so think we will be in full flow in a day or so

They were cheap last year. I would assume that they will have gone up in line with breeding sheep

Have the abortions stopped now? Or just forgotten now they're going, as usual?
Nothing aborted since Thursday and all tests came back clear so just one of them things... I don’t think anything really happened too stress them other than the weather was pretty rough... but had 3 live sets of twins now so hopefully that’s the end of it
