Depending on what your selling I think prime pigs are OK sows poor, but I am not a expert just what I here from Exeter..

I didn't send any hoggs dead, but a few I sent in early May were at 620p (Kepak).

Edit: Thinking about it, I seem to remember working out that I could have topped at about £140 for dw hoggs, which would have been about 640p for 22kg?

been waiting my entire career for a sustained rise in prices , lets hope its here to stay for a bit , the good thing will be softening up future values so it shouldnt fall to far once back to normal trading and container prices fall .

Biggest concern now is the very likely looming trade war over NI with the EU.

Ie being whipped up so Boris can deflect attention away from the media headlines over the OP mess this week!

Proper store lambs at Hexham a hell of a trade, some the fat lambs and close to killing lambs looked value. Ours have come home 42-43kg - £104. Got to be money in them you’d think way the trades going.

I’d say £90 now. They haven’t done well enough for March lambers

I gave up and left at 5 when they got on to back page of the catalogue, weren’t enough big packs left for me to fill a wagon so called it a day unfortunately

No but I would say someone will pay it
