Beef prices a little keener in Mold yesterday I thought,there was a higher quality of cattle there compared to last week, but similar cattle up about 5p/kg I would think

Thing is here you get paid on the quality of the animal so that why its very important to be able to see every store animal from all sides before you bid for them.

If you are paid on eating quality then it does not matter if you can see each and every animals backend etc if they are sold in very large groups like that when it would be impossible to see all animals from every angle in the store ring.

The Americans know how to sell store cattle .
