Better put a price up, £6 dead.
Don’t complement him too much or his prices will go upJust had a look at some of your Charolais tups
They look very good. We use Charolais on mule ewes and they are overtaking the value of Texels off our mule ewes.
We don’t find the tups or the lambs soft like many other folks seem to say
As long as he likes lamb I couldn't give a fudge.......!!!Do they drink it in the Congo?
We thought that!!There was a farm in the farmers guardian that was 30k + acres that had 2000 ewes and 200 cattle. That must be hard place.
Or not farming for profit? Know of a “body” that has reduced stocking rates to I think 7 cows on 200 acre not that far from meWe thought that!!
They look too be farming bleddy good gear on the big acreage though. And they have increased stocking in places on the heather ( which is hilarious as this was foretold years ago when they took loads of sheep off the grouse Moors!) doubtful that the 7 cattle on 200 acre will be tip top stock… especially if it’s one of the bodies I’m thinking of!Or not farming for profit?
