Beef / Lamb & Pig Price Tracker

You're totally missing the point. It's the farmers who voluntarily donated the lambs who made this happen, if they wanted to do the same for a vendor then they could. It has actually been done plenty of times anyway, but I'm not naming names.
Correct. One example here, a sheep sold 11 times last year for a farmer and his mate running the London marathon for Leukaemia and Meningitis charities 👏🏻

No idea who this bloke was but do the auctions give this kind of reception for the vendors dying too 😅 Yano the folk who pay there wages…😬😬
Often wonder why some you lot don’t become one seem too do nout but suck there dicks 🙄🙄🙄 they’re literal job is too shaft us as much as possible but some you lot seem too think they’re your best mates
Yet too meet one that isn’t an arrogant cock tbf but iv only met about 10 in my life 😂
I haven’t met Mr Shan or sold sheep under him however it is clear from the fund raising achievements from both fellow buyers and market vendors that he was held in high regard and was appreciated as a buyer by all concerned. Under the circumstances your comments come across as being insensitive at best.
I am a great believer in selling live. I see no harm in trying to cultivate a good relationship with prospective buyers and certainly don’t consider it to be a “dick sucking” exercise, you can learn a lot about what they want and when. Next time in Bakewell try telling the buyers the high regard you hold them in, it could make for a good trade.

It would only make for a good trade once soon take lambs elsewhere next time I’m nobody’s hostage I go there because they pay fast not because I’m loyal… my comments weren’t even directed at the bloke was more just buyers in general but it’s funny really had quite a few people message me story’s about him that certainly wouldn’t be in fitting with the praises everybody is singing, funny how when you die everybody makes you out to be a much loved saint I hope the same happens when I kick the bucket or won’t be many folk at my funeral 😂

Thing is, when they are working there way down that row of pens they are just doing their job as we are doing ours when we are in that pen trying to shuffle the best one's to the front and the poorest to the back. A lot of buyers are arrogant assholes at that point just as I am being a shifty peasant. None of it is personal - we need them as much as they need us. When a regular face at market disappears we all miss them.

That’s a real good way of putting it. I become an arrogant cock when I buy sheep, I’m doing all the same things that annoy me that others do. 😂
