No thats me finished buying (started lambing last week) until may/june and I'm not sure if I'll bother the way feed/fert price is going.....
Did you have any in?
What have you done with them BBx heifers that you bought last year(I'm sure it was you but I might be wrong)
No,didnt have any in.Spent the morning getting a stuck cow out of some useless portable cantilever cubicles.Report said they had over 400 bulls and weaners, and a few cows and calves. They were still selling later.Still got the BBx heifers, just growing on.

Cull ewes a hell of a trade at Cirencester again this morning. It wasn’t until half way through selling that he sold the first for under £100! Good mules £140, Suffolk cross’s £180 and pure texels £217. In lamb ewe in comparison looked cheap, good lleyns in nice condition £140, older highlanders £115 and continental’s 130-122. I almost bought some in lamb hoggs at £135 but the crosses on there back put me off. 🤔
To be honest the cull that went for under a hundred looked like it’d struggle to make it to the lorry and still made £50 😮 I’d agree with the hoggs - looked handy money but those crosses just made you wonder what they’d done/lacked 🤔

Up that steep bank going in from Tebay side?? It’s a bit of a pull isn’t it, did you think you might have to put your foot out the door an leg it up a bit 😂
