I think he can't decide whether he wants to be Scottish, English or Geordie. Personally I think he flips between all three. Whether this is controllable or not I'm not sure!
I'm Scottish and most of what he says is a mystery to me.

My first day would be spent as a good sacking day !! Could run into the first month , id stream lime the job so jobs got done asap .
