Bertolini Pumps

Hello,

We have a Hardi 363/10 pump requiring a rebuild. Local boom spray manufacturer installs and deals in Bertolini pumps. The largest he stocks is a Bertolini 2180 pump which looks to have similar output specs as the 363. It will be fitted to a 70 ft trailing Hardi boom.

Will a Bertolini 2180 run a 70 ft boom and more importantly are they a good reliable pump?

Thanks in advance.

They are good pumps, easy to rebuild if need too. I have a 6 piston Bertolini on 24m. Think the pump you mention is only a 4 piston pump, guess it all depends what rates you spray at but if the specs/outputs are the same as the Hardi you should be fine.
