What do you mean high crown?

Do you mean hollow points? If yes, you'll not get much better IMO.

EDIT:
Just had a quick Google... high crown seems to apply to rounded/domed pellets? I don't like them for live quarry - preferring flat head or pointed.

Get a tin of these

IMO the best pellets for pest control.

Will have a look - do you lose much accuracy with those?

The round tip drop v little at that range.

Don't shoot near feed - just a few around the chickens where poison not practical/safe.

Never found flat heads or pints to be particularly accurate myself. Dome pellets are much better in that respect. They ought not have that terminal slap effect but a well placed pellet will kill it the way it should be done. No funny shaped pellet will make a gut shot good.

What they like for crows

Pass on crows.

I use them on pigeons and rabbits. They are very good, and consistently accurate to 120ft easily from my springer.

The only pellet better on pigeons are Predators;

Your talking 10-15m?... No pellet should drop at that range.

I've found accuracy to be very good with them. Just last week I was shooting rats at 25m with them, and I used to shoot rabbits @ 35-40m no problem (before I got the rimfires)
