Best animals to graze under solar panels

We have Sheep grazing under our 650kw array (4 acres ish)
It's best to get the panels a decent height above the ground, say 90-100cm otherwise the sheep are always hitting the underside of the panels as they walk/run under.

Also we used a rectangle of hurdles held in place by a couple of posts to protect the inverters & associated wiring from the sheep.

Hi,
We are just having a 25 acre solar farm installed. I was looking to put Soay sheep under them but have been warned that they are as much goat as they are sheep and are likely to climb onto the panels. What animals are people grazing under panels and at what stocking rate. Would like to use pretty and delicious breed as we have holiday cottages.
Thanks

Sheep are fine. Never had any issues.
