Just make sure you have the right permits and tests done as local councils are tightening up on this type of fuel. RHI certificate is one thing that keeps OFGEM happy, local councils are a different story, particularly if close to a SSSI.
Quite, isn't Grade C wood a waste? And as such needs to be WID compliant? http://www.organics-recycling.org.uk/uploads/article2892/Wood Briefing_28Aug2014V1 final.pdf
To comply with the requirements of WID is very, very expensive from an emissions monitoring perspective. You'll also need a permit, which would fall under the 'installations' category. Unless there's a derogation I am unaware off? That was my understanding which made me v surprised / impressed that a standard set up could burn this. If this is the case then the market for grade c waste is huge now - who will bother will virgin chip now?
