Got a few fibre cement corrugated sheets cracked on a tenants building that leak water occasionally. Unfortunately the roof is sprayfoamed underneath to 4" thick so just replacing the sheets would be messy and complicated besides creating hassle for the tenant.
I am thinking it would be easiest to just coat the offending six sheets generously with a durable and flexible sealant?
What would you recommend , anything out there better than just Bitumen solution brushed on thick?
Thanks,
Andrew.
