Under 10k something reliable and little maintenance also with a cab.

Fiat 100 90? Should always be worth whatnot pay for it as long as you mind it.Mf 399 would be another excellent choice.

A very basic tractor, and not the best cab for spending much time in, but a lot of its strengths are in its simplicity. Parts, if needed are easy to come by and affordable. Also, for some reason, Case offer better better value for money on the second hand market.
