Long story short i had to evict a tenant, the day after the eviction i came to tidy up the property someone probably the tenant (it is probable because there is not signs of forced entry) came back and ripped the hot water tank out of the house and flooded it. Im after a couple of little slick little cameras to stick inside and outside the property preferably battery powered motion activated types that are not easy to spot. There is no vegetation on the property to hide one in.

Locks changed the day after the eviction one of the reasons i was going round, it happened between the tenant handing in their keys and the management company informing me that they had moved out and that they had checked the property and it was in good condition.

For most possible scenarios, you will need evidence quality,ie with date and time overprint.

I knew who did it in 15mins flat i knocked all the neighbours doors explained what happened and offered anyone with evidence a grand in cash if they could help me out with pictures or a video. All i got was the same 2 names from any neighbour that was willing to help. One neighbour across the street say he has them on video with a water tank but doesnt want to show me or give the video incase it ets back to him........waste of time

I'd probably go with either Canary camera or the Arlo pro. Motion sensor is great, along with the speak/hear through the cam/smartphone feature. I think the only downside is the cloud fee. Try to look for more of its details.
