Me personally. I will never but a tyre online again after the way Michelin treated us like crap. Over a trailer tyre. They preferred to loose a order for a set of tyres for manitou and I'll never buy a tyre of theirs again then replace a £350 tyre. If i can't go shake the tyre dealers hand I ain't interested.

They chose to use fitting damage as the fault, which funnily enough they don't have to stand behind. Even though they came with us to the people who fitted the tyre and agreed that it was the right machine, and also the people who fitted the tyre fit alot of tyres to rims for trailer manufacturers.

If they had said yeah ok and even given me a voucher, so much for customer service and been the best.
So in the future it's local for me.

It don't make much difference , at the end of the day it is the tyre manufacturer who has to stump up the cash or replacements and they rarely do !!!! I have a manufacturing defect on a set of BKT tyres i bought (fitted by Good local suuplier) and despite visits and photograghs have not heard back from BKT !!!!!

thats a real shame. i just don't get some of these companies now with the power of the internet its easy to find another supplier and easy to put people off them. all gone to pot.

Me either its not just them its the same with machinery company’s as well the amount of times ive asked for a price to change a item of machinery and never been back in touch with a price is quite unbelievable its like they dont care anymore. Once upon a time they were fighting in the farm yard to try and get the deal seems as though those days have gone
