Best place to buy new welded centre rims

Does anyone know where best place would be to buy a new set of 28 and 38 solid centre wheel rims/ and or tyre assembly . Ideally 14.9 x28 & 18.4 x 38 rears or metric equivalents

Our first port of call would be our local tyre fitters, Redpath Tyres! Sh1t hot at sorting out wheel and tyre sizes to suit tractor! Not sure where they source there wheel from, the set on our 190 came from them and they took the old ones as trade ins.

Make them, Buy them in, Repaint them better than Massey Does from the factory thats for sure.... & at half the price !!
