Why dont you put some details up?
Have you actually looked up the jcb price even?

You dont even need to ask your dealer imo
Go to jcb parts site look up on line, select any dealer near your post code dont matter which.
Put in your serial number in and then find the part number of the pin you want and it will tell you the retail price of it.

Then you can pop the part number in Ebay if you want or where ever else takes your fancy😂

On jcb parts online they price it at £263 inc vat, bloody dear!!

A 2 minute search on google indicates its a 50mm dia and 320mm long with i think a single hole drilled in one end, probably for a 10 or 12mm bolt

Sound about right? Its probably heat treated as well.

My Belgium supplier don't have it in stock but i bet interpart will.

i dont know if interpart will deal with end users IMO, there a trade supplier only i think? I'm not a massive fan of the other suggestion IMO never found them that helpful of easy to deal with.
Speak as you find I guess, same with everything, but we’ve used Great Exportations a few times and they’ve always been “great”
We re pinned and bushed our matbro a while back, they sold us a full kit of pins and bushes for the front end, pivot and steering rams and told me what ever we didn’t need could be returned for a refund, so at least we’d have everything we needed before starting. Only sent back about three items not not required to be changed but it’s much better than pulling everything apart and finding you need to replace something worn you hadn’t realised, then having to order and wait.

That looks a tidy Matbro from what I can see. It’s still got paint on the steps!

There kits etc are all fine if you have standard pins still. But many matbros will have been modified better with new style pins with better fixings.

Or for your job there a bespoke longer bottom pin with a boss welded on bottom of chassis is common to help tighten up loose holes. For the bottom pins and steering rams on them I find expander pins work really well but they aren't cheap due to there design even my home made ones, does save line boring though. I would also change the plates on top pins cause the bearings wear in to them cheaper to buy them as a manitou part rather than a matbro one though😂
