Best pressure washer (possibly a KEW 1502V)

Does anybody know what the best pressure washer is? I currently have a Karcher 710, which I have owned for around 7-8 years, and have nothing but trouble with. Before this I had a KEW 1500 and I regret trading this one in. The only trouble was, it was getting towards 40 or 50 years old.

I'm looking at getting a Kew 1502V are these any good?

Have you thought about an engine driven one. No extension leads, and if your on single phase limited in power. Love mine compared with electric, any water supply and your away

I probably should say 'reliable'. Or one that doesn't go wrong! If there is such a machine!

Nixon for me if they are still as good as the one I bought about 10 years ago.

Do you really need the heat 'cos without it I would recommend a 3 phase Nixon 2700 - 3000 psi with adequate volume - Even though 90% of his sales are hot models.

Our single phase Philips is a great piece of kit and we have found it reliably and powerful for what we need it to do. They are local to us so if we have any issues, such as when we needed new suction pipe, it was just a case of popping round and getting a length cut. Their kit is all repairable by them I believe (certainly our old model is).

I have a 1502! Bought it 6 years ago for £500, it’s never missed a beat. If you can find one get it serviced and it’ll do you well.

Single phase, just about manages through a 13 amp plug, enough power for what I need.
