Novel!Slightly left field but I moved a wet swath the other day by round baling it with the door open. Lifted it up and spat it back out into a lovely fluffy swath which dried beautifully. It was spring barley out of a rotary with a 12 ft header though, so not much straw .
Sometimes do this with a single rotor rake move two swaths next to each other get 36ft to bale at a time14ft swaths best bet is twin rotor rake
fluffs it up moves it an whacks 2 rows together.
