Best shallow cultivator to work along side 750 a

Am looking for a shallow cultivator to work in front of my 750a to get a chit and create a bit of soil to help slot closure, mineralisation etc

Was keen on a carrier/joker type machine but I now think a tined cultivator would be best due to discs not moving all the soil and ctreating a potential pan . Currently Looking at kockerling vario, Guttler supermaxx, Pro forge Maxtilla. Then maybe cambridge roll afterwards and drill into. What are people’s experiences. Thanks

Kuhn PROLANDER might be worth considering.
Will work from 3-15cm and can be used on stubble to create a chit or for secondary pass seed bed preparation.
6 or 7.5m trailed and now 4, 5 and 6m mounted versions

Kockerling Vario or kockerling all-rounder would be the best choice. With the kockerling Vario you have 8 rows of tines meaning all the soil is moved even if you only move the soil a inch deep all soil will be moved leading to a great seedbed to drill into. With the double sts roller you get great consolidation locking moisture in but leaving it loose enough to drill into in the following weeks.

The Vario really is a great machine in all seasons and conditions and would work very well Infront of your 750a with no need to roll after it saving a operation

We have just traded a Joker for a Kockerling Vario for the very reasons you describe, not the cheapest but the only one we found that moved all the soil when very shallow.
