Best straight from stubble tilth seed bed maker?

Has anyone any advice on which machine is best at making a perfect tilth for sowing after wheat or barley? Only have a small acreage of 100 acres and s T5.105 tractor. Sowing is with a 4m air drill.Had a contractor come in and make a seed bed in one pass straight from bean stubble.
Now contemplating getting a similar piece of kit but much smaller to go on a 105hp tractor.
Do these one pass machines build up stone picking requirements years down the line?
Thanks in advance for for any help and advice.

I used to run a 3m opico varitilth with a set of short discs mounted on the back successfully on sandy loam soils with 120hp. It would be a bit too heavy for a 100hp 4 cylinder to lift but it would pull it no problem. I now run a weaving sub disc but it requires a bigger tractor. Some on here use a kongskilde delta which would suit the tractor size. If you use the search box on here it may help.

They’ll make a grass weed problem far far worse. Stay clear of them. Either plough it or tickle the surface for some tilth but do not mix 8 inches of soil up.

Agree, plough it or DD it, little point in anything in between. Too many of these tools can leave you trying to drill into 3" of slurry on top of concrete.
I have a Delta, and by the time you have done 2 passes, you might as well have ploughed the crap under and had a clean start, and broken the pan.
