See the odds have changed a fair bit in last week...glad I laid the bet when I did!

Me too, I took full advantage of the bookies naïve generosity for a brexit last week, and now see the odds have dropped considerably towards 5/2..............................I had no doubt we would leave on day one, and having spoken to many people from all walks of life since, I think our current poll numbers on the forum are a good representation and a brexit it will be.

Anyone interested in gambling a wee bit should look at moving money (or just betting on changes) in relation to the £v€ exchange rate. In the last few days a swing from €1.29 up to €1.31 and now down to €1.27 to the pound. Work out the money made on how much you would be prepared to invest. It is not a gamble, you cannot lose all of your money. When I lived in Australia I did it regularly with about £20,000 for a year and a half. Never made a fortune, but enough that I was satisfied.

I haven't been looking for changes happening for a year already. However, I agree, it's important to look through the changes in order to be attentive and careful with the currency stuff.
