Hi there,

Can anybody recommend a company who sells the huge 20ft diameter type of slow moving fan to go in a cubicle shed roof?

What is peoples opinions of them? - any problems or things to watch out for?

Many thanks.

My neighbour has one and I have a cyclone fan. Everyone comments how much better mine is at cooling and ventilation.
Same sized motors on them too

Hydor, they do all sorts of fans, right up to the big 20ft you are after.
We gone for 3 in a row of their 1.2m in the parlour, creates a fair breeze and easily gets rid of the heat from the cows. The flies don't come in now, it's too cold!

@newholland have you looked at all the other options for barn cooling?
Depending on size of your shed you may need several of the large fans which in hot weather seem to just blow the hot air from above back down onto the cows.

There’s blast fans, cyclone fans or even forced extraction fans which may do as good or better.
