Evening all, undoubtedly with the weather of the last 6months spring drilling is going to be on the tender side. Now after looking at rolling circumferences etc I’ve found that our combine wheels (800s) would fit on our drill tractor. Has anyone ever fitted new Holland combine wheels onto a John Deere with a rack and pinion axle? Center bore appears to be the same so are stud Center’s. My only concern is the jd are on bolts whereas the combine is on studs. Thanks if anyone has any thoughts.

It's a John Deere,I would definitely get your dealer to confirm your ratios work ok,JD are a nightmare for wheels!
Usually 800 65 32 will go onto a jd with 18.4 and 20.8 or equivalent sizes . Ours do our 6430 and 6930 without any trouble
Rci is group 48 for both (710/70r42+800/70r38) it’s a few mm off on slr but well within tolerances.

Won’t be any issues. We used to change wheels a lot on 7 and 8 series deeres. Just match group size and will be fine
