Bioflame 28kw

Can anybody help regarding a constant error 34 or had this issue?
Had an error 34 in the past and a good clean out with the hoover and she is away again.
Bought and fitted a new exhaust fan to see if it would solve it.
Can go for 2 days with no issues then 3 days constantly problematic and will extinguish error 34 as soon as up to run mode.
Exhaust pressure can be reading 0 or 1, have seen a 14 at the extinguish error 34 time.
Its been like this since Christmas
It will be back to the oil soon if this carries on....

have you examined the inside of the flue elbow at the back of the boiler down at ground level, this elbow always gets choked up with ash, also it has seven power levels and if one of these power levels is dumping too many pellets on to the grate this will kill the vacuum, are you sure the vac sensor is ok, blow down the vac tube. examine all door seals, heat exchanger insulator blocks, ash box flat rope seal, if it can get air from somewhere else it will kill the vacuum, remove the grate housing and look under the igniter tube where the air comes from, might be full of debris,

The flue bend was cleared out and made no difference.
2 weeks ago at the suggestion by coo man’s better half, I located the vac pipe and blew down it.
The boiler has never stopped since.
