Interesting, I’m curious how it actually saves much time? Your left arm will be sore as hell dragging them all up after 1 day, would it still work on a lamb over 25kg? And wouldn’t something with a bit of go in it run and jump?

Still thought it should go in the neck? We’ve been told loads and loads of times by either the vet or the AHDB people that everything should go in the neck?

The latest version looks like it has a lead up and exit ramp so ewes can flow through, presumably to keep lambs flowing. I'd say it would be easier on the body than a tailing chute. But you'd struggle to tail them in it.

Into the muscle yes, under the skin it doesn't matter especially with something like a vaccine.
its still in the wrong place , its stupid to be jabbing over the loin/rump
it does matter , doesnt take much to stray into the muscle and a needle doesnt stay clean very long especially the way hes chucking it about.

I can't help think that if all 3 of them were just catching them in a pen and doing a treatment each, it would be at least twice as quick......
Definitely, 3 people in a double race they would do 400/hour easy, so 6 seconds a lamb, it took him 40 seconds. I don’t think I will be investing.
