Bloated ewe

Found a ewe last night in distress, realised she was blown up like a balloon. Didn't get a chance till this morning but I used a needle on her left side and released some gas but I thought it would have been more, she was still pretty blown. I have also given her 100ml of cooking oil down her throat. Released another small amount of gas again with the needle.

I suspect she got a fill of concentrate after other ewes left the box and she hoovered it all up.

Her right side seems as big as the left

Anything else I can try?

Very strong bicarb solution, 50 ml down the throat should help. I use a tube feeding syringe.
Also IIRC its the right side not the left, you can feel the "balloon".
