Bloated lamb

Ok, This is how my vet friend and i treated ours last spring...first tubed the lamb which right away released gas from both ends,
Then a 1/4 ltr of baking soda in a bottle, cut right back on any feed / milk,i was told any oil (caster ect)are very hard for a lamb to digest, mainly seen in bottle fed animals i think.Theres not much more you can do except wait and restrict feed,if any at all
