Blood in cattle dung

Dad spotted these in one of our grazing cattle dung this morning. Seem to be blood filled. He burst one.
Group of about 50 yearlings grazing and being fed a 2kg of molasses barley per day. Wormed about 3 weeks ago with ivermectin pour on.
They have been on farm for 6+months. Bought as stores. Wormed and fluked when they came home.
Any ideas anyone.
They are approx the size of a grape.

Whats the dung like other than the blood?
My initial inclination was cocci

Might be worth treating the animal in question whilst you get a sample away to the vet - they should turn it around same day.

Unfortunately we don't know which one it is. No sign of illness.

Not much you can do other than keep a very close eye on them. Blood in dung might not be uncommon at times but can be a sign of bowel disorder.
Check them closely to see who isnt eating, slow to come forward, poor hair, lying away from the group. Clean out water drinkers etc.
